Who never wanted -- maddest Joy
Remains to him unknown --
The Banquet of Abstemiousness
Defaces that of Wine --
Within its reach, though yet ungrasped
Desire's perfect Goal --
No nearer -- lest the Actual --
Should disentrall thy soul --
